Searching for Books

You can search for book by title, ISBN number or any word that might be in its description by using the Search box in the right-hand column of each page. For best results, try keeping your search terms simple.

Browsing for Books

You can click on the row of pictures near the top of each page to browse our books by topic. Some books may be listed under more than one topic. You can also browse through our catalogue by series: move your mouse over the 'Series' link near the top of each page to see a clickable list of our series or click on the 'Series' link to view a page images representing each series. You can then page through the different series by using the 'previous' and 'next' links.

Purchasing Books

When you find a book you wish to buy click the “Add to Cart” button to add the title to your shopping cart. You can see your Shopping Cart status at the top right of each page. If you move your mouse over the status line, the contents of your shopping cart will be displayed under the status linne together with its price. To make changes to your shopping cart or to purchase your order, click on either this status line or on the 'Checkout' link in this drop-down menu. (Note: Javascript must be enabled to see these drop-down menus.)

To delete an item from your shopping cart, tick the 'Delete' box in the right-most column. You can also change the quantity of any item by editing the number in the 'Quantity' box. You must then click the 'Re-calculate' button to see your changes.

If everything is in order, you can click the 'Continue' button to go to the Shipping Information page where you must fill in your delivery address. Clicking the 'Continue' button again will then take you to the RBS WorldPay secure server where you choose your payment method and enter your credit card details. After submitting your order, you will receive e-mail messages (from RBS WorldPay and Top That Publishing) notifying you that we have received your order.

Delivery charges

Delivery charges are as follows:
United Kingdom (Wales, Scotland, England and Norther Ireland): £2.95
United Kingdom orders of £25 GPB or more: Free!
European Countries: £5.95.
All other destinations: £10.95.

Shipping charges are subject to change without notice (but will always be indicated on the Shipping Information page during checkout).

Delivery Info

Kudos Books/Top That Publishing uses First Class mail for delivery within the U.K. and international shipping around the globe.

Items will ship within 2-3 business days with standard shipping. Orders placed on the weekend or on a holiday will not begin processing until the next business day. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.

Returns Policy

Kudos Books/Top That Publishing offers a 30-day money back guarantee on all products. If you would like to return or exchange an item, please contact our Customer Service department and we will send you an RMA and instructions on how to send the item(s) back. Shipping charges are not refundable.

Safety Policy

At Top That! the issue of safety is taken very seriously. It is our aim to be proactive by liaising with government bodies and trading standards, and we have excellent relationships with UK and overseas testing houses. We also have a dedicated full-time safety coordinator, who undertakes and documents full risk assessments on all components included with our titles. After evaluation and where appropriate, the components will be tested to ensure that they conform to the EN71 European standard, ASTM USA standard and GPS standards.

Privacy

Because we use RBS WorldPay to process our orders, we never receive your credit card details. Credit card information is encrypted and processed on RBS WorldPay's secure servers. Top That only receives delivery details and payment notification. Your e-mail address is useful should we encounter a problem with your order.

We do not sell mailing lists to other companies, or divulge any of your personal details to other companies or individuals.
